The Leader Hôtels group was created in 1986 by Daniel Arnoux and Patrick Vial-Collet. It is one of the few independent hotel chains in the French Caribbean.

Leader Hôtels owns and manages 4 hotels in Guadeloupe and exclusively markets 4 hotels in Europe ( 

" Hotels and Islands Des Hôtels et des Iles" was created in 1990 by Carole Adam to manage the marketing, e-Marketing and promotion of hotels in Europe, the United States, Canada and Latin America.

This strategy has enabled us to diversify our customer base, with no fewer than 11 nationalities staying at our hotels.

In 2017, the opening of Villas de La Toubana enabled the development of high-end villa rentals in the Caribbean.
