Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation of the reservation, charges will be deducted according to the delay between the dates of cancellation:
- more than 30 days before the arrival of the customers: 30% of the amount of the stay
- from 30 days to 15 days: 75% of the amount of the stay
- less than 15 days: 100% of the amount of the stay

Please contact the agency one week before your arrival to inform them of your arrival time (flight/boat number if applicable) so that they can organize the handover of the keys.

Once you have arrived at your destination, please call us and go directly to your rental location or to the agreed meeting point.
In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible. Please contact the agency to arrange the time.
Tourist tax not included in the price.
Return of the deposit in person, or if this is not possible, by bank transfer

Entry requirements
- For French nationals, a valid identity card or passport is sufficient.
- For nationals of the European Union and Switzerland, a visa-free passport, an official identity card or a valid French residence permit is required.
- For nationals of foreign countries, a valid passport (visa for certain countries) is required.

‍Quantity ofduty-free products allowed
You can carry up to 200 cigarettes (i.e. 2 cartons), or 100 cigarillos, or 50 cigars, or 250 g of smoking tobacco and 1 liter of hard liquor (over 22°C) or 2 liters of liqueur (under 22°C ).

No vaccinations are required. Only passengers from tropical countries are required to present an international smallpox vaccination certificate. Tap water is drinkable everywhere.
