29 sanctuary suites, veritable works of art and architecture, spread over 4 levels. Located on the island's southwest coast, they offer magnificent views of the gardens or the sea at Anse Chastanet. 24 sanctuaries feature a private infinity pool and the 5 Sky Santuaries a Jacuzzi, all in a contemporary yet luxurious design. All have an open-plan living space with no fourth wall to maximize views and interaction with the natural environment.
To preserve the peace and privacy of every guest, there are no radios, televisions or telephones in the rooms. Internet access is only available at reception.
Children under 16 are not accepted.

Entry formalities
- For French nationals, a valid identity card or passport is sufficient for stays of less than 42 days
Caution: Lucian customs officials may refuse entry to anyone carrying an apparently expired identity card, even if it is still valid under French law.
- For nationals of the European Union and Switzerland, a visa-free passport, an official identity card or a valid French residence permit is required. - For foreign nationals, a valid passport (visa required for certain countries) is required.
Quantity ofduty-free products allowed
You can carry up to 200 cigarettes (i.e. 2 cartons), or 100 cigarillos, or 50 cigars, or 250 g of smoking tobacco and 1 liter of hard liquor (over 22 degrees) or 2 liters of liqueur (under 22 degrees).
Health
No vaccinations are required. Only passengers from tropical countries are required to present an international certificate of vaccination against smallpox.

The climate is tropical. The air averages 27° and can rise to 35° C.
Currency
Initially the currency was the Caribbean dollar XCD or EC$. Today, the Euro is accepted everywhere, although the US dollar is the most widely used.
Time zone
Thetime zone for the Caribbean is UTC -04:00 (Universal Time). There is a 5-hour time difference in winter and a 6-hour difference in summer with the European time zone Paris CET (Central European Time).
Electricity
Electricity is 230 volts - 50 Hertz. Sockets are mainly G-type, which are the same as those used in the UK.
If your appliances are not compatible with these standards, you will need an adapter and possibly a voltage converter.
